On the third floor are 2 penthouse suites with huge private balconies that over look the ocean. The views are even more breath taking from the second floor. The great rooms, kitchens, and dining areas were designed with an open plan to maximize the views. Similarly, the corner fire places, each with a 45' flat screen TV above, is situated for viewing from anywhere in the kitchen or living area. The master king bedroom suites with custom bathroom and private balconies are on the second floor. 2 half bathrooms are also on this floor. The reason this was important to us was when we were building our house, we had to rent our linens and towels while staying at another property. When I entered that property, there was a black trash bag that contained my threadbare white linens for the week's stay. One towel, one washcloth, and two flat-sheets for the bed I had to make myself - and I paid $30 for this service. It was a great learning experience! Thus, I decided never would any of my guests ever experience the linen ordeal upon their arrival. Our linens are luxurious, our beds are made, and our goal is for you to truly enjoy your vacation! Our condo is located on the first floor on the parking lot side of the building but on the second floor on the ocean/pool side. You will have to enter the main door of the condo building for entry into the unit. There is shrubbery and landscaping so there is no noise from the parking lot. The ocean is literally steps away from your door. What's also really impressive about Station One is the walk ability to Wrightsville Beach's restaurants and Roberts Grocery store just 1 block from the condo. Be sure to explore Tower 7 Mexican Grill, King Neptunes or South Beach Grill for dinner options. Grab a coffee at Adapt Kitchen or a quick lunch at the famous Trolley Stop hot dog shack. Coffee and smoothies are right across the street at The Workshop. For exercise enthusiasts, the 2.45 mile sidewalk known as "the loop" is the place to go! The loop will circle the beach and interior sections of the island. Inside, you will enjoy comfortable seating in the living room with a large TV, wifi, dvd player and plenty of books and puzzles. It has sliding door access to the balcony perfect for morning coffee and the sound of the waves. It also has a TV. The second bedroom has one full bed and one twin bed. The sofa in the living room also has a pull out couch. Two full bathrooms were completely renovated in February 2019 and give everyone access to showers. Linens and bath towels are provided. Within a few steps down the street, many restaurants await you including a coffee shop and many local eateries. Menus and suggestions can be found in the condo. You will find everything you need close by as you are in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Washing machines and dryers are located on each floor of the condo complex. There is not a washer and dryer inside the unit. There is also 24 hour security and maintenance on the premises. Unfortunately no pets are allowed in the complex.
